I live
I live to strive
However much my heart is in constant yearning
I live to survive
Within this anguished perfume of pain,
I live and still strive to conquest
For what life brings towards one is as indifferent as another
I only know that to conquest your life, shall only bring out the very best
I breathe deeply in
This very existence called life
Beating, and befriending all demonic shadows
And all those who shall always come to cause strife
I live, and I love
I laugh, and I pray
For that very wisdom to supersede on
For it is written, "… love conquers all…" and I have yet to see it any other way
Though my trials are quite plentiful
I have had learned from all my so-called "mistakes"
That it's all about what live throws your way
And not necessarily about that particularly given "give or take"
I exist, I live life
Just as free as the songbird's song
Of my many given lessons to still very well left to alearn
For I know now that in a blink of God's eye we are here, then we are gone…
