As our community continues to grow, it becomes necessary to make adjustments so that the fan fiction board may thrive and allow others to enjoy the creativity of so many talented writers.

The following changes are being made to the feedback forum. Most of the changes are with regards to threads that have been started for stories that are not hosted here at this fan fiction board. The purpose of feedback is to provide the author with comments, suggestions, etc. with regards to their writings. For some stories, it has become apparent that the author does not see the feedback. These stories also have their own feedback forums at their respective sites and the author does see that feedback.

In order to achieve an equitable solution that will allow these threads to continue where possible, the following guidelines have been added.
1. Feedback threads should normally be for stories that are
hosted here at this board.
2. If someone wishes to start a new feedback thread for a
story NOT hosted at this board, then the author of the
story needs to start the feedback thread.
3. In order for the feedback threads, of stories not hosted at
this fan fiction board, to remain open, we would ask that
the author of the story contribute to this forum through
feedback of other stories, submission of stories that fall
within the PG13 guidelines, round robin writing, or one of
the monthly writing challenges.
4. For the threads that are currently open, those that reach
20 pages AND are for stories hosted elsewhere, will be
closed. A second feedback thread will be opened if the
author wishes to contact myself (lafemmefantome) or
LittlePaty and is able contribute to this writing forum.
5. For ALL Feedback threads in General. Please remember
that the idea of the thread is feedback and while some
friendly banter and conversation can and will occur, we do
not necessarily want the threads to get off topic or to
become conversation threads.
These adjustments are done so that the board can run as smoothly as possible and so that all of you can have an enjoyable time. If you have any questions, please send me a PM and I will do my best to answer you as quickly as possible.
